Hailing from Birmingham, England, Geniyo started writing songs at the age of 7 and fronted his first band in his teens honing his skills playing Blues Rock Soul Electronic Music and Hip Hop.
BIOGRAPHY
After graduating from University Geniyo moved to London further honing his craft as a multi-instrumentalist and signed singer songwriter.
Immediate commercial success did not happen as planned however an unexpected meeting with a teacher gave Geniyo the opportunity to discover a talent for motivating music students who soon persuaded Geniyo to highlight his own singing, performing and songwriting skills.
This encouraged a re-vitalised Geniyo to start singing songwriting producing and performing again in 2019
Fast forward to 2022 and here stands Geniyo, Supply Teacher by day and Super Hero Saturated Soul Singer by night looking to share “THE GENIYO STORY’ A tale of Music, Changes and Courage(Well that’s the story he’s sticking to)
